THE INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE CLIENT PROGRAM
The Individual Private Client Program provides one-on-one customized coaching for individuals who are committed to investing in their future to live the life they want and create their ideal job.
The individual private client program includes the following features:
- One time 2-hour Discovery Session where we design our coaching alliance,
exploring goals, values, and
coaching techniques.
- Per Month which includes 3 coaching calls lasting 45 minutes,
plus unlimited email contact and access to the Clients Only Corner.
Recommended length of coaching is 3 to 6 months.

THE EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
The Executive Program is for corporations who have high-potential, motivated leaders in need of coaching to enhance existing leadership and managerial skills.
The Executive Program includes the following benefits:
- Up to five hours of leadership coaching, with coaching sessions lasting one hour per executive. Recommended coaching term is 3 to 6 months.
- Inclusion of supervisors in the coaching process
- Initial Intake Session to define goals and desired outcomes
- Standard measurement package, including life, leadership and business wheels, outcome mapping, midway checkpoint analysis, outcome review, and feedback reports
- Follow-up 6-months after completion of coaching to ensure enhanced behaviors and skills are continuing to be utilized.
Coaching can take place in person or by phone. Travel expenses, if required, are not included in the standard retainer.

THE GROUP CLIENT PROGRAM
A group consists of 2-5 people who need to work together towards accomplishing a common goal. The Group Client Program incorporates the following elements:
- 3 coaching calls per month, each lasting one hour
- Initial Intake Session to define goals and desired outcomes
- Standard measurement package, including business wheel, outcome mapping, midway checkpoint analysis, outcome review, and feedback reports.
- Follow-up 6-months after completion of coaching to ensure enhanced behaviors and skills are continuing to be utilized.

THE CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM
A customized coaching or consulting program for individuals or groups can be developed upon request.
Coaching or consulting in the following areas are available: process improvements, budgeting,
strategic planning, international operations, and change management.
